Configure and publish in Releasely
What Releasely is for, what it concretely configures, and the launch checklist to follow to publish your Android app.
Your Google Play account is ready and your app is registered in the Play Console. From here, everything is driven from Releasely. Releasely connects to your Google Play account and prepares and publishes your listing for you: metadata, visuals, legal information, build upload, and version creation.
Every project has a launch checklist that tracks what's left to do. This page explains what each step is for and what it configures.

The checklist, step by step
Credentials
- Add your credentials — connects Releasely to your Google Play account, via the service account (JSON), for direct publishing. This is what you prepared. See Create API access. If your app is already signed elsewhere, also provide your keystore.
App Setup
- App Metadata — the names, descriptions, and keywords required by the store. Releasely pushes them for you (you can also generate them with AI).
- Screenshot — your professional visuals, created in the editor.
- Legal informations — the marketing, support, and privacy policy URLs.
- Upload — import your Flutter or React Native code, or drop an already-built App Bundle.
Release
- Versions — create a release version of your app, ready to send to the store. The Play Store offers several tracks (internal, closed, open testing, production): see Testing & release.

Releasely can't automate everything. Some settings are done directly in the Play Console: content rating, data safety, "App content" declarations, pricing and availability. They're explained in detail here:
