It is operated by LA BELLE APP, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered under SIREN 977 878 743, with its registered office at 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France ("LA BELLE APP", "Releasely", "we", "us"). By using Releasely you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. Your name, email address, and password when you create an account, plus any profile details you add.
- Workspace content. App builds, metadata, screenshots, release notes, and legal inputs you upload or generate, so the service can process and store them for you.
- Billing information. When you subscribe, our payment processor collects and handles your card details. We receive the plan, billing status, and the last four digits of your card, never the full number.
- Usage data. Pages you visit, features you use, device and browser type, and IP address, collected to operate and improve the product.
- Communications. Messages you send us by email or through support, so we can respond and keep a record.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the service.
- Process builds, generate metadata and visuals, and host the pages you publish.
- Take payment, send receipts, and manage your subscription.
- Respond to your requests and send service notices.
- Analyse usage to improve features and performance.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
Legal bases
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: performance of our contract with you to provide the service, our legitimate interests in operating and improving Releasely, your consent where required (for example certain cookies), and compliance with our legal obligations.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After you close your account we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting us, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We may process and store your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children's privacy
Releasely is a tool for developers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
