Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Releasely, a service operated by LA BELLE APP, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with its registered office at 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France ("LA BELLE APP", "we", "us"). They cover our website at releasely.xyz and the Releasely application (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you use Releasely on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm that you have authority to do so.
The service
Releasely is a release platform for mobile teams. It helps you distribute builds, manage store metadata and versions, generate store visuals, and host privacy, terms, and support pages. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.
Your account
You need an account to use most of the service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old to use Releasely.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. The following applies:
- Free trial. New accounts may start with a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and the first charge is applied.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and the change takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. Contact us within 30 days of your first charge for a refund.
- Taxes. Fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
- Price changes. We may change our prices. We will give you notice before a change affects your plan, and it will apply from your next billing period.
Acceptable use
When using Releasely you agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or interfere with its operation.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service beyond what these Terms allow.
- Use the service to send spam or to distribute apps that violate store guidelines.
Your content
You keep all rights to the builds, metadata, images, text, and other materials you upload or generate ("your content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content only as needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for your content and for making sure it complies with applicable laws and with the guidelines of the stores you publish to.
Third-party stores
Releasely helps you prepare and submit apps to third-party stores such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those stores have their own terms and review processes, which you must follow. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the decisions of Apple or Google, including review outcomes and rejections.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and the content we provide, is owned by Releasely and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. We welcome your feedback and may use it to improve the product without obligation to you.
Termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that could harm Releasely or others. When your account ends, your right to use the service stops and we may delete your content after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will guarantee approval of your apps by any store.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Releasely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Releasely harmless from claims, losses, and expenses that arise from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of France will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email or in the app. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new Terms.
